1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Soul Whisper Candles website (soulwhispercandles.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance from images shown on the website. This is a characteristic of handmade goods, not a defect.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly as they appear in person.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
• An order is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (candles and wax goods):

• Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
• Used or lit candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
• Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty
• Damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

7. Candle Safety

By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge that you have read and will follow the safety guidelines provided on our Candle Care page. We are not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Soul Whisper Candles and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Whisper Candles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
