Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your candles arrive safely. We use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Soul Whisper Candles purchase. If you are not completely satisfied:

• Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
• Items must be in their original packaging and condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed within 5 - 10 working days of receiving the returned item

Non-Returnable Items

• Candles that have been lit or used
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Gift sets where the seal has been broken
• Refill inserts that have been opened

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@soulwhispercandles.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Return

1. Email hello@soulwhispercandles.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will confirm your return and provide a return address
3. Post the item securely in its original packaging
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
