Our candles are crafted from a blend of natural rapeseed and coconut wax. We use unbleached cotton wicks (OEKO-TEX 100 certified) or natural beechwood wicks that crackle softly like a fireplace. All fragrance oils are fully tested and certified for home use.

Yes. Every ingredient we use is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and our wax is entirely plant-based.

Our large candles (370g) burn for up to 50 hours, and our small candles (200g) for up to 30 hours. Actual burn time depends on how well you maintain the wick and follow our candle care tips.

Both lines use the same premium wax and fragrance oils. The Luxurious line features our signature beechwood crackling wick and a higher fragrance concentration for a more intense scent experience. The Elegant line uses a classic cotton wick for a quieter, more traditional burn.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding to other countries in the future.

Once your candle has burned down, simply remove the old wax insert from your vessel. Order a new refill insert in the same or a different scent, place it in your vessel, and light it. Your engraved glass vessel is designed to last forever.

Our refills are designed specifically for Soul Whisper vessels. They fit perfectly into our large (370g) and small (200g) glass containers. Please make sure to order the correct size for your vessel.

Refill inserts start from £15, which is nearly half the price of a new candle. This way you save money while reducing waste.

On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the vessel. This usually takes 2 to 3 hours. This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of your candle. Always trim the wick to about 5mm before each use.

Tunnelling happens when the first burn is too short and the wax does not melt to the edges. Unfortunately, once tunnelling has started, it is difficult to fix. To prevent it, always allow a full melt pool on the first burn.

Beechwood wicks should be trimmed to about 3 to 4mm before each burn. You can gently snap off the charred tip with your fingers once the wax has cooled. Do not use scissors as they may damage the wick.
